Judith is a registered Mental Health Nurse. With over 35years experience across the NHS and private sector at senior management level her sound understanding of operational and strategic care delivery demands, policy, commissioning and practice intersect provides a balanced perspective for change and improvements. She is skilled in translating shared learning and lived experience into strategic insight, supporting organisations to move beyond consultation towards genuine co-production and accountability.
Her transformational leadership style and experience in stepped change is informed by day to day realities of service delivery, trauma awareness, the importance of neuro-inclusive approaches in care delivery, and the need for a family impact lens within governance.
