I have over 11 years of experience working within the NHS and currently work as an Assistant Practice Manager at a GP surgery, where I support operational leadership and the delivery of high-quality patient care. I hold a Distinction in Level 5 Leadership and Management, reflecting my commitment to effective leadership and continuous professional development. Following the loss of my sister, Sam, in 2024, I have become deeply passionate about improving mental health services and advocating for meaningful change within the healthcare system, with a strong focus on compassion, accessibility, and early intervention.
